While Precimax of Neuchatel & Geneve isn’t particularly a household name, they did produce a handful of nice sport models, most notably their Aquamax diver line.
(If you’re wondering about their affiliations, their firm was also producing under the names Helios, Perfecta, and Exactus at one point or another.)
Following the lead of the popular diver market of the ‘70s, you’re looking at a quite large (and rare) compression bezel diver of the Precimax brand that looks precisely in the vein of the Philip Watch, Jenny Watch, and Ollech & Wajs Carribean 1000 watches that have gained significant popularity inrecent years.
Between the modern size, the solid 25 jewel ETA motor, the catchy navy + orange color scheme, and the rarely used compression calculator bezel (for timing the ascent of scuba divers), you’re looking at a funky sport watch from the diver hayday that you’re guaranteed not to run into many of!

Function - This watch is wound automatically by the natural motion of your arm. It is recommended to wind the crown 10-15 times to typically give an initial power reserve to last throughout the day.
